1. Nature of Services

Shri Guru Kirpa Healthcare at Home acts as a professional home healthcare coordination provider serving families across Delhi NCR (including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Faridabad). We help families locate, evaluate, and arrange suitable caregivers, patient attendants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare professionals.

2. Medical Advice and Clinical Protocol

Our caregivers, attendants, and nurses support patients strictly based on the prescribed care plan and orders provided by the patient's primary treating physician or hospital. Shri Guru Kirpa Healthcare at Home does not provide independent medical diagnoses or alter prescribed pharmaceuticals. Emergency medical emergencies must be directed to emergency hospital services (dial 102/112).

3. Availability and Shift Arrangements

All care services—including 12-hour day/night shifts, 24-hour live-in arrangements, therapist visits, and certified nursing—are subject to qualified personnel availability in the requested Delhi NCR sector. 24/7 enquiry support indicates availability to receive family enquiries, and does not constitute a guarantee of immediate deployment.

4. Mutual Respect and Safe Home Environment

We expect a safe, hygienic, and respectful working environment for our caregivers and nurses. In 24-hour live-in arrangements, reasonable accommodation, meals, and rest periods must be mutually agreed upon prior to deployment.
